Direct Deposit + Early Pay
Get paid up to 2 business days sooner—automatically, and at no cost
Why make the switch?
Faster access to cash. Thinkwise Credit Union releases qualifying ACH payroll deposits the moment the file arrives—often up to two days before the scheduled pay date.
Smoother budgeting. Earlier funds can help you avoid late‑payment or overdraft fees.
No hoops, no fees. Early crediting is automatic once your direct deposit is set up; there’s nothing to enroll in and we never charge for it.
Added security. Electronic deposits are encrypted, traceable, and federally insured—safer than paper checks.
Convenient splits. Send part of each paycheck to savings or loan payments so you reach goals faster.
How Early Pay works
Employer sends payroll file to the Federal Reserve’s ACH network.
The file reaches Thinkwise—often two days before “payday.”
We post the deposit immediately, giving you early access to your money.
Example: If your normal payday is Friday, funds often arrive on Wednesday morning.
