Log in once to: view real‑time balances, see eStatements, move money, pay bills, and manage your cards—all protected by multi‑layer authentication through Personal Internet Branch (PIB) security.

Card Controls & Alerts

  • Instant card on/off. Misplaced your card? Toggle it off in seconds and back on whenever you’re ready.

  • Real‑time transaction alerts. Choose push, text, or email notices for every swipe, online purchase, or foreign transaction.

  • Spending safeguards. Set dollar‑amount limits, merchant‑type blocks, or geographic boundaries to stop fraud before it starts.

Text Banking

Need a quick balance while standing in line? Text simple commands (BAL, HIST, TRANS) to Thinkwise CU IM247 (46247) and get instant replies. Enrollment takes less than a minute inside Online Mobile Banking under More →  Text Banking. You will then be prompted to our terms and conditions, setting up your phone number, nick naming your accounts, and more!

BAL Balance for all eligible accounts
BAL BIZ Balance for up to three savings or checking accounts (here “BIZ” is a membership nickname)
BAL 010 Balance for the specific account suffix 010

STOP Turn off Text Banking for all memberships

Remote Deposit Capture (RDC)

Skip the trip and deposit checks with your phone’s camera 24/7. Our Mobile Check Deposit walks you through snapping front and back images, confirms legibility, and lets you track status in real time. Deposits post up to four times daily, seven days a week. Loan‑payment deposits are also supported.

Account‑to‑Account Transfers (A2A)

Move money between your Thinkwise accounts and your checking or savings at other U.S. financial institutions—right inside Online Banking or BizLink 247. Schedule one‑time or recurring transfers, pull funds in to pay a loan, or push cash out to your external account; settlement usually completes in 1–3 business days. Please call our member services department to get started at 909-882-2911 Option 3.

Bill Pay & External Transfers

  • Native bill pay. Add payees, schedule single or recurring payments, and see history without ever leaving Online Banking.

  • eBills & reminders. Receive electronic statements from eligible payees and set automatic payments when they arrive.

  • Person‑to‑Person (P2P). Send money to friends with just an email or mobile number (optional activation).

  • External transfers. Link other banks or credit unions to pull or push funds—perfect for loan payments or savings goals.

Members self‑enroll in seconds and can begin paying bills immediately; no waiting for approval.
