Bank holidays may affect settlement times and cash transfer timing even when markets are open.

For securities: Yes. Contact InvestiFi Securities LLC to request an Account Transfer Form. Have your most recent statement available for the assets you wish to transfer.

For cryptocurrency: No. For security and regulatory reasons, the program does not support sending cryptocurrency to or receiving cryptocurrency from external wallets.

You can find your consolidated transaction history in the documents section of the portal, which can be used as a record of gains and losses.

9. Why did I receive a deposit even though I didn’t sell an asset?

10. I received an email or phone call — how can I tell if it’s legitimate?

Members may receive emails or calls from InvestiFi Securities, AdvisiFi, RQD Clearing, SAFE Trust, or their service providers.

If you have questions about legitimacy, contact Thinkwise Credit Union and we’ll connect you to the appropriate support path.

11. What happens to my portfolio if I close my Thinkwise account?

You may need to liquidate positions or transfer whole shares to another broker through ACATS before closing your Thinkwise account. Speak with an InvestiFi Securities representative before closing to review options and timing.

12. What are stablecoins, and how do they relate to crypto vs. stocks?

Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies designed to track a stable asset (often the U.S. dollar), such as USDC or USDT. Availability may vary.

Crypto (including stablecoins) generally trades 24/7/365 and can carry significant risk (including issuer, liquidity, regulatory, and market risks).

Stocks and ETFs trade during market hours on trading days and represent ownership interests in companies or baskets of assets.
